This Privacy Policy is for the Golf ParTee application (also written Golf Partee or golf_partee), including the Android app, the iOS app, and the website at https://www.golfpartee.com.au.

Golf ParTee is a competition and golf-trip management app. It is not the eveXso warehouse or logistics product, and this policy applies only to Golf ParTee.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide and information created when you use Golf ParTee.
Account and profile
- Username, email address, and password (stored by Amazon Cognito)
- First name, last name, mobile number, and GolfLink / golf number
- Player and user identifiers used to operate your account
Competition and club information
- Golf clubs, competitions, rounds, teams, scores, prizes, and invitations you create or join
- Player details you add for other golfers (name, email, mobile, golf number) so they can be invited or scored
- Chat messages sent in competition or team chat rooms
- Optional betters / side-game tracking if you turn that feature on
Purchases
- Subscription and in-app purchase records from Google Play or the Apple App Store, including product ID and purchase token, so we can unlock ParTee Pro and verify the purchase
Device and technical information
- Push notification tokens and notification delivery status (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
- Approximate device and app information needed to deliver notifications, fix bugs, and keep the service running
- Authentication and API logs needed to secure the service
Camera
Golf ParTee may use the camera only to scan QR codes (for example, to join a competition or add a player). We do not store camera images or video.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect precise device location
- We do not show third-party advertising in the app
- We do not sell personal information
How we use information
- Create and manage your Golf ParTee account
- Run competitions, scoring, teams, wallets, invitations, and related features
- Let competition members see relevant names, scores, and chat messages
- Send transactional email, such as account recovery messages
- Send push notifications you have allowed
- Process and restore in-app purchases
- Provide support, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure
- Improve Golf ParTee
How we share information
We share information only as needed to provide Golf ParTee:
- Other Golf ParTee users in the same club or competition may see your name, scores, team, and messages you send
- Amazon Web Services — hosting, authentication (Cognito), APIs, and data storage in the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region
- Google Firebase — Cloud Messaging for push notifications and Cloud Firestore for chat and some in-app features
- Google Play and Apple — to process and validate in-app purchases
- Email delivery — transactional messages such as username recovery are sent from golfpartee.com.au
- Legal requests — if required by Australian law or a valid court order
If you choose to invite someone by SMS, email, or WhatsApp, your device opens the app you select. That invitation is sent by you, not by us selling or marketing a contact list.
Storage, security, and retention
Golf ParTee data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure, primarily in Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2). We use HTTPS/TLS in transit.
We keep account and competition records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so historical competitions remain usable for other members. Chat rooms may expire after the competition period. We retain purchase records as needed for accounting and subscription status.
Your choices and rights
- Access and correction: you can view and update your profile in the app or website
- Notifications: you can disable push notifications in your device settings
- Account deletion: in the Golf ParTee app, open Profile and choose Delete profile. This deletes your sign-in account. You can also email privacy@golfpartee.com.au and ask us to delete your account and associated personal information
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days. Email privacy@golfpartee.com.au.
Children
Golf ParTee is intended for golfers and competition organisers. It is not directed at children under 13. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at https://www.golfpartee.com.au/privacy.html with a new “Last updated” date.
